That's why I'm guessing the Administration has been in such a god-awful hurry to topple Saddam now (instead of Fall 2003 or later); so they can immediately start the buildup to an attack on N. Korea, which can conclude by early 2004, and Bush can run for re-election with 3 scalps on his belt. He's got a list and a deadline for getting to the end of the list.
