(Reuters) - U.S. consumers, saddled with huge debt loads, are poised to face even tougher times with more layoffs, rising oil prices and a looming U.S. war with Iraq, credit rating and asset-backed securities analysts said this week. William: This week we should be getting some weak economic news out of Europe... Add to this the elevated terror level to ORANGE, and we have the environment for a test of the October lows... With that said, things usually look their worst near or at a market bottom... I'm prepared to go long when the market says there "ain't any more sellers"... Jim
