I am sorry Bill if you do not know what "axis of evil","regime change" and "pre-emptive strike" mean separately and together. But I will tell you what they mean to North Korea -- they mean the US plans to launch a pre-emptive attack against North Korea, giving North Korea an extremely strong incentive to launch a pre-emptive attack of their own -- and if North Korea attacks South Korea, make no mistake about it, they will win round one and tens of thousands of American troops are directly at risk of being killed. Combine this with nuclear capability which is an immanent threat and you have one hell of a mess. Bush and his team are incredibly incompetent.
