We will win the War On Terrorism, when we satisfy the grievences of the Arab Street.

Yes and no. Yes we (US) can be a mediator, No they have the onus to resolve their conflicts.

Just trying to understand your viewpoint: How would you propose doing this.

So far I'm having an easier time understanding the viewpoint expressed in the bottom link. Don't the Arabs have any responsibility to address their own problems without trying to make the infidels a scapegoat for their (mostly self made) problems?

>>We will win the War On Terrorism, when we satisfy the grievences of the Arab Street.<<

That makes as much sense as telling the Pope that he would win the Reformation when he satisfied the grievances of the Protestants.

How do you propose to do this?

1.- The Islamoc-whackos want Sharia law. Ready to adopt it here?

2.- The Islamo-whackos want to impose their religion on us. Ready for that?

3.- The Islamo-whackos want to circumscribe women's role in all arenas and to wear their "approved" clothes. Ready for that?

I don't believe you fully understand the so-called "grievances" of the Arab Street. A lot are genuine, but a lot of them have to do with the imposition of its values, laws, and culture on us, which is totally unacceptable.
