That sucker (the Patriot Act) looks to me like it thinks the Bill of Rights is "a scrap of paper". Hopefully the USSC will do its job and kill it. Speaking of unconstitutional: the Santa Clara County (CA) Board of Supes is considering an ordinance to make the use of the "N" word a hate crime. Now I'm no fan of that word myself and don't use it, but it appears to me that such an ordinance crosses the line and has to be a violation of the 1st Amendment.
