Your evil twin is probably being punished with a massive migraine right now.

I didn't know that about the fat content of salmon. Ew. Have you tried tilapia? I really like it: it's mild like flounder, but has the steak-y consistency of tuna.

At this point my conscience is forcing me to reveal that I must eat fish with "Bite Back Tartar Sauce" from The Ojai Chef.

I know, I know, all the health bennies are eliminated by this, but it sure tastes good.

Shad is a native treat here in the spring. Ever had planked shad? It's nailed to an oak plank which has been soaked in water, and covered with bacon strips. The planks are set around the fire at an angle and the bacon grease drips dopwn the fish as it cooks.
