Well...... let's get better drugs, then, and make them cheap and available. That would be a far better "war on drugs". Surely America could develop a "happy" pill that would keep people happy all day long. The objective, again, is to stop drug dealers from becoming filthy rich, and prevent them from being able to take over entire countries. It's happening all to quickly in Central and South America.

After decades of losing the war on drugs, we've got to see the writing on the wall. Drug use is here to stay. The enemy is not the drugs, it is the drug dealers. Let's stop making drug dealers rich and powerful.
