1) VLNC management has fraudulently promoted the stock.

2) Valence employees have given certain investors material inside information.

3) Paid touts of Valence traded on inside information.

4) Various touts, most notably Don Wolanchuck, fraudulently promoted this stock, much to the detriment of small investors.

And finally, in my opinion, Valence management is composed of a bunch of crooks.

I originally was forced to publish a retraction because I was threatened with litigation. I regret it.

At this point, I welcome Valence management to try and get me to retract the above statements. I also welcome them to threaten me with litigation...because I will also be more than happy to accommodate them.
