Because, as I commented at the time, the language of the "retraction" about "commercial production ramping up" went far beyond what their SEC filings said at the time... Message 14478036 If they supplied you with the wording, it seems quite ironic they forced you make statements of fact they claimed were in the SEC filings but in fact, were not.
