The weapon inspectors will get their notice through the UN after the UNSC approves the second resolution authorizing military action on Monday. That will be the trigger for everyone else to act. As soon as the second resolution happens Saddam knows his days are numbered and he becomes very dangerous. I expect the bombs to start dropping within 48 hours of the UNSC vote so people will have to move fast. Anyone in Iraq that didn't understand the meaning of the US pulling all it's diplomats from the region last week cannot be saved.
