Noel,

Show me a single link or publication that legitimizes your allegations about an EU foreign policy. Germany and France do not the EU make.

Chirac would like to establish an EU foreign policy and set France up as the 1st state in the EU (or at least as co-equal with Germany). The UK, Italy, Spain and a large number of other countries disagree.

Ok - France has willing allies in Belgium and Luxembourg. But the number of EU countries with us is far more than with them.

John

"EU and its fledgling foreign policy"

Noel,
Is it EU policy or france/germany policy as force fed to the rest of europe? Oh i am sorry Noel, you have Belgium too making EU policy now.
By the way was it also US Agression in the 1991 Gulf war as well? Or US Agression in Serbia? Actually Serbia is instructive because Kosovo was a province, remember. We probably should have left Milosevec alone to deal with his breakaway province. NOT! Perhaps we should leave saddam alone to settle up with kurds, shiite, kuwaitis, saudis etc as well. mike
