Jacob,
Iraq to allow U2 flights and Iraqi congress will ban wmds. Next will they turn over most of the old pre-1998 wmds that they need to account for? If so, then they will be left with what they produced post 1998 after inspectors left--quantity unknown. How could the US attack then, if saddam plays his cards this way? This is one of my unlikely scenarios that is now becoming more likely as we approach next mondays report. If he does this and we elect to declare victory and not attack how do we continue to control saddam--french plan of 300+ inspectors and blue helmets? Just thinking outloud here. mike
