each little incremental change is multiplied by 1.3 billion times, each and every time. do you think that it is reasonable to use that 1.3B multiplier when a good portion of that number is living in what amounts to agrarian conditions? Further, where I agree that capitalism is alive and well in China, I think that the governmental structure and (dare I say it) corruption, has to be counted as a negative force in the Chinese economy.
