CA is obviously your kind of state politically 3rd. I just feel that the officials in the state (city of Oakland in this case) are stupid to put a person (Roosenthal) in the position of testing the Federal power. The liberal voters are the ones that voted for something that is against federal law (seems like there would be a state law disallowing such votes), and the officials in the state tested the system with Rosenthal. The whole political system in the state is a mess, and the state is being run by morons imo. There will be a lot of things in the future that will seem to defy logic, and will end up hurting the tax payers in the state. As I have stated, the state is going down the tubes imo. It's a shame.
