How about wasted taxpayer money? I think the trillion or so they take in a year should be enough to get by.

Payroll taxes are direct benefits to the payer of the taxes. Social Security is the main one, and is for the retirement for people who don't or can't save money on their own. And then there is Medicare. Seems kind of hars to abolish that, doesn't it? I don't believe that America is a communist state. I think everyone should chip in. I am sure you disagree.

They have some of the highest tax rates and they have the biggest social problems. Tax money does not always solve problems. Common sense and accountability do. Something these cities are severely lacking.
