This article is about a shooting of an 8 months pregnant woman the other day which resulted in the survival of the mother, but the death of the baby. The perpetrator will be charged with murder. boston.com What's the difference between a shooter taking that baby's life and the mother taking it via PBA or other late term abortion? Is it a fetus? Why is he being charged with murder?
