"We can't stop them all, and the more they hit us, the more we will get pissed about in this country. Get our people furious, then "Watch out!" There is a growing leftist minority that is reacting differntly to Terror. Combine them with nativist isolationists on the right and mix in some bad days in iraq or another WTC in the US and you may end up being wrong about "Get our people furious, then "Watch out!" Dont get me wrong i largely agree with you but after seeing yesterday 90% negative ratings for the US by euros, i can only believe that those polls are reflected domestically at the universities, in Hollywood and among the Buchanan anti immigration, Fortress america folks. All are misguided and if they gain power we are finished but they are there. Thats why the Friedman piece is enticing with the caveats i added in an earlier post. mike
