I would bet that if the American people ever make the blunder of re-electing Bush, one of the first things he will do is to emulate Reagan -- by raising the payroll tax rates.

If your point is that SS is a scam you are absolutely correct. Has been from day 1. Only one's talking about reform are the Republicans. Only one's using the issue to scare up votes are the democrats.
