It is funny how Pyng can put out these meaningless PRs so quickly and get them uploaded to Sedar yet we have now waited for over a month past the normal issuance date of the annual statements which have to be complete because the mailing date was yesterday and yet this vital information is not on Sedar.

Can any one speculate why Pyng is purposely delaying the publication of the annual data? Could it be that they don't want to give us any more time than they have to, to rally the troops in opposition of the probable escrow share amendment. That would be my guess if they could upload the latest meaningless PR then they could upload the annual financial statements.

For that matter it is time for the 1Q financial statements to be issued also at the end of the week. I think that since PYNGF is not listed on the NASDAQ small cap that Pyng doesn't have to file a 10K in the US but it looks like they would provide the information to avoid looking like they are taking advantage of this fact. Surely eventually they hope to be relisted on the NASDAQ Small Cap board and there is no better way to display their sense of corporate responsibility then to voluntarily issue information in the stated time frame.

I hope that others will comment on what they think of Pyng's delay in issuing their annual statements.

Regards
Jack
