Hey, the "elite" have been getting down on their knees to the "Culture" of Europe ever since the Rich started doing the "Grand Tour" and sending their boys to Euro and Brit schools after the Civil war. I think the war plans are getting obvious. Take as much as possible with ground forces and see if the Iraqi Military wants to stand and fight for Saddam. I think Iraq is a "House of Cards." TWT. Blair's salvation is victory in Iraq. If we fail, he goes down. Does not make much difference what the Brit writers think we have done wrong. I think the Admin has done everything Blair has asked that can be done, within our plans to take Iraq. The "Sea Change" in our relations with Western Europe has become more evident while you were gone. We just don't need France and Germany, they need us. If they don't want to go along, they can "git along," as you Texans say.
