That is exactly why Schroeder is calling uncle. He couldn' wait 24 hrs until after Blix's Un speech to vote in the Nato context, he decided to dump France and Belgium and go with the US, and Rummy's position without even asking them how they felt. Now that is desperation.

This breach in our alliance is only news to us. They have been planning on it for some time.

In other words, no matter what Gw did, they intended to commit premeditated murder on NATO. And you think that is a good thing to do????
