John, it would not surprise me if 'they' knew it was coming in some form and permitted it to unfold in order to take advantage of circumstances (ala Pearl Harbor), but I do not believe for a second that we orchestrated the events themselves. I also think there's a chance that we were completely clueless because of budget cuts & complacency.
