There is fine print that says they will no longer send you the "penis enlargement emails" but you have to provide them with a nude photo showing that you do not need it, either because of gender or endowment.

If you have any problems, feel free to post it here with a link and one of the fine knowledgable posters or analysts such as T - seeker will be able to forward it for you.
