It wasn't the Iraqi's that hijacked the planes...wouldn't it be logical to retaliate against the nation's that did this dastardly act? Remember..Bush is saying that it is the "axis of evil" that is developing weapons of destruction. And here it is that we have searched and searched Iraq territory and can't find them. Then on the other hand, we have North Korea bragging that they have these type weapons and where we want to "prevent" Iraq from selling them to other rogue nations...N. Korea is doing it openly and with total impunity. Don't you remember only a few weeks ago, the ship we boarded off the coast of Yemen. A ship loaded with missiles! Missiles from ...one North Korea. And what did we do with these missiles...nothing! Hell! We didn't even destroy them, but let them be delivered. M, while I'm suggesting research, take a look at the pattern of contributions to Shrub's dad after the Persian Gulf war that we fought 10 years ago. Look keenly at a company called Chevron and the amounts contributed...and then look at the deal that Chevron got "after" this little set-to in this region of the world. M, do you remember the Bush edict shortly after the 9-11 tragedy. It was..."Ben Laden: Dead or Alive". One must remember that the issue of Iraq didn't come up until much later....sort of like when it became obvious that this "Dead or Alive" wasn't a good rallying cry for the masses. Surely, you have heard that the recent report that Tony Blair gave in support of attaching Iraq was based on outstanding British intelligence . Intelligence that was so good that Colin Powell applauded his report and the citing of this excellent information in support of our efforts to attack Iraq....In fact it was such good British intelligence that it was actually written about 10 years ago by a fellow writing a college paper on the region. M...terrorism and its threat to our nation is great and growing. However, if you or I think that by eliminating Saddam is going to make it go away...we are wrong! For example...who has the strongest military force in the region? Who has kicked "buttocks" in every war that they have fought since their existence? But who in this region has citizens that are subject to death each time they enter a bus, sit on a sidewalk cafe, or attend a wedding ceremony. And who is it that we want to destroy? My point is...once we wipe Iraq off the face of the earth...why will you feel safer? Remember...it wasn't Iraqi's that killed the 3,000 plus in NYC on 9-11!
