re President Powell: He may be the first President in a long, long time, who gets the job, not because he lusts for it, but because the nation demands it. Once upon a time, in a country very different from the one we now live in, it was considered wrong for a Presidential candidate to promote himself, or campaign in any way. They stayed at home, or at their day job, with their mouth shut, and waited for the nation's decision.
