Yes, and today we have the terrorist situation. We have the fears, and we have the clashes of civilization and of religions. Cognitive dissonance...YIKES! Civilization really is being threatened by insane people. But the insanity partially stems from socio-economic realities. And civilzation is being threatened by a (mostly) well meaninged people who are terrified and disoriented by the insidious pressure of human life seeking to be equal. I will always be on the side of my own people; but I realize that my enemy is not evil..it is NEED and ENVY and HATE.
