Bush's Talking Poodle is under pressure with 80% of his own party opposed to his war stance. But Faux News this morning spun this speech as a reason to go to war now. At least the really irritating blonde woman did. She's kind of a looker, though.

Mish- as in a previous post, I don't see how Blair straddling the fence a little politically is so good for market(s)...is that supposed to be an indication that Bush is going to back down, allow more time for inspections?

Is there anything that's transpired in the last year that makes you think the March war start will be delayed (for almost any reason?). I struggle to find a logic that says Bush backs away from "a coalition of the willing"..

It would be an incredible political reversal from a team that has been pretty linear in thinking as it comes to Saddam, terrorism..
