Blood-DNA is basically a question of having the more reliable guys and girls rising through
the mechanisms of the political power culture.

That is, a matter of the mechanisms of the political system, and all it includes, from
local politics, elections, all the way to presidential such.

Luckily no nation has copied the 2-party, single-member-district,winner-takes-all system of US-UK-Canada,
although Malta has had some difficulties.

On the other hand, nations like Israel has achieved something similar by building on the total opposite
view on democracy, funny stuff, if it would not be so tragic.

Well, OK, "the 2-party system has served USA well", little chances of getting civil rights, already
some 100 year late, through the political machinery without those manipulations of the 60s and 70s.

Funny thing, that the 2-party, 100% nonproportional system of USA is basically gerrymandered
by something totally opposite, the proportional representation through manipulation of voting
districts.. historic compromise of those not totally ignorant, as some say it.

However, few would be as foolish as recommending either information, education or implementation
of anything more like post-1700 for USA, could become a real situation of chaos.
However, however, as things went really wrong this time, maybe ...well...impossible... total
chaos...

Btw, UK is busy reforming their system, but they already had three parties, although
extremely disproportionally, in parliament, actual seats, some 10-14 years ago.
(first attempt in the 1930s, but better very late than never)

Luckily the debate, discussions and decisions on this are firnly banned from the public,
another issue of 2-party politics. (well, there was some stuff some 3-4 years ago, but it became so
fearfully dreadfull, that the bann was quickly reinstated)

On the other banned pavlovian and orwellian hand, maybe the solution for the UK catch-22 and
2-party system will come from India, reorganzing the House of the Lords??

but clearly not possible in USA.

Funy stuff, UK is these days adressed as "England and North Ireland" in UN and EU, maybe some
similar titulation might be in the future of USA, "USA and Texas(the lone free star)", or "USA and Puerto Rico",
or a much longer list?? (ouch...)
