"Luckily no nation has copied the 2-party, single-member-district,winner-takes-all system of US-UK-Canada,"

The British and Canadian political systems are very different than the US system.

There is no such thing as an Electoral College. There is no elected President. The Prime Minister is the leader of the party gaining the most seats in the Parliament. And so on.

The balance of power arrangement of Executive Branch, Senate and House of Representatives is virtually combined in the powers held by the elected members of ONE Parliament.

There is an almost DAILY question period (televised) in which any member of the House can ask the Prime Minister to answer any question.

It would be nice to see GWB subject himself to something like that!

Namaste!
