And since you keep echoing the wider market's sentiment that the dollar is fine, real estate is a great investment, and people that think otherwise are Kooks and PowerClowns, this must be the perfect time to go long on Gold"] ...again; those chasing "Fools-Gold" hear what they want to hear. 1. I certainly qualified my comments on "Real Estate" buy referring specifically to depressed, low price Markets such as Rockford Ill, Indianapolis, Ft Wayne, So Bend In, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids Mi etc.... where 3/4 bedroom - 2 bath 1500-1800 sq ft, solid single family homes can be bought for $30,000 to $60,000 all day long... with "alltime" positive spreads between Rental $ & the underlying Mortgage Payment by Investors...due to historically low interest rates. Ma & Pa Main St... will always need a $400-$800 mo Rental Home in Middle America... and now the cash flow spreads are at all-time highs...I am not talking about the "bubble" that obviously exists in Long Island, Boston, San Diego or in the high-end Mini-Mansion Market etc. 2. Never said the USD was fine... talked long ago about it being a positive catalyst for higher Gold and that it was going down. It went down, Gold went up...and I put the money in the register. It is going to go lower too... not as low as many of the Kooks & Clowns think... and a lower USD, even a significantly lower USD is GOOD for the US Economy... and in case no one is anticipating (there's that word again) is morphing into part of US Policy... a "managed, controlled descent"...just watch. Bottomline: vis a vie' - Kooks and Clowns; they're the fools that always get caught holding the "BAG", that arrive late to the Party (Sinclair calls them - those "new" to the Gold Story)thinking they've discovered the next "Big Thing" and believe all this late cycle hype about how the World is going to End and we're all going to get Rich; because we're the only ones who know about this great secret opportunity...as the rest of the world crashes & burns. Mine's safely in the Ca$h Regi$ter... how's that Bag feeling right about now, by the way ?
