In the middle?...sorta like the guy seen on video tape stepping over a murder victim at the gas station in D.C.? Went inside, paid for his gas and left without calling 911...that kind of in the middle?

We appear arrogant is we say we don't care. Unfortunately, we do appear arrogant. This is why Bush is so disliked in Europe.
