Everything involves personal beliefs. I don't have a clue as to why anyone is offended by discussions that touch on personal beliefs. If someone has no belief in God, then their perspective is based on logic and rational that takes that into account. That logic can be rational of faulty independent of anothers faith. But in certain cases ones faith dictates elements of logic. That logic may also be rational of faulty.

I find it very efficient to determine a disagreement has some basis in the rational or logic dictated by faith.

In that case one can agree to the fact that faith dictates different perspectives. I can respect that. There is little point in discussion or recrimination about the difference of opinion.

I argue secular logic that I find totally consistent with my faith. As I understand Judaism and what I hope is Islam, I donot find contradictions.

My discussions about Catholics was to present what I believe is my perspective of true Christianity and it is essential to understand the nuances of my rational on many issues.

No-one here may agree with my perspective of true Christianity, or maybe some do. But if one wishes to really understand where I'm coming from, one must know me.

And it was boring on this thread today as so many wished to post on dictator faulties thread. :-)
