I thought it crazy today the comment from OBL, that
the goal is to create greater Israel all the way to Bagdad.

No doubt Israel would like to keep all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. US public policy is that
Palestinians need to have democratic elections and then
negotiate for a state.

I personally favor a state be created today including East
Jerusalem and most of the settlements be given up by Israel.
Many Jews agree with that.

However, Arafat wants right to return to many parts of Israel and Hamas states clearly state they want destruction of Israel. I know first hand, most Muslims want Israel
destroyed. I find that deplorable.

Those are the facts.

I would add that to the extent a US attack on Iraq strengthens Moslem fundamentalists that will be bad news for Iraq's 500,000-1 million Christians who have done OK under Saddam. But who cares about a few Christians if they get in the way of US/Zionist plans to dominate the region.
