Ed: This is still a very important issue for me to make an informed decision: ---------- Detail information on the Class A Preferred shares would be appreciated. ------------- My concern here is: - Any possible special rights attached to the Class A Preferred shares? - Distribution of these 10,000,000 shares? - Will the Class A become publically traded? - Dividends? - Voting rights? - Difference between the Common Stock and the Preferred Shares after the Amalgamation? etc... Any help appreciated.... I can't seem to find detail info on this in the filings. Stang
