We don't know. But what we do know, is we haven't been in this kind of situation since Kennedy. But at least Kennedy had quality intelligence that he presented to the American people; unlike what we're seeing from Bush.

Simply put, Bush should accept the tripling of inspectors; acknowledge that Iraq is contained with the kind of inspections now ongoing; encourage an Arab conference to deal with Arab problems and take their findings and open up a dialogue with Israel to end that repression and the suicide bombings; and concentrate 80 percent of his efforts to resolving the North Korean--by far, the gravest--crisis.
