NAFTA? I think that stands for North American Free Trade Union but we could change to mean North Atlantic Free Trade Union. Or maybe we could set up a global free trade zone.

My perception is that the greatest animosity, these days, whether in the halls of great nations or in the streets, is between those who believe in free trade and those who don't. Most of the people marching Saturday are anti-free trade, anti-globalization, which is why they hate Bush and America so much.

Bin Laden is opposed to free trade, too, as are all Islamofascists.

So's Chirac, so's Schroeder. So's Saddam. As are all socialists.

The Canadians might not be so pissed off at us if we were able to work something out about the soft wood duty, eh?
