c2....interesting that none of the containment folks have answered your question as yet....or helped to shed light on this "policy"...My guess is that the containment policy has just helped Saddam grow stronger over the last 12 years.... Any containment folks out there wish to dispute these points? Be my guest. The argument that Saddam is not a threat can be answered quite simply. Why does want nukes and other WMDs in the first place? Self-defense? Please.
