dood, i like the food in your place, but i don't think i'll be long the stock.

what sort of lifestyle centers are you opening in?

it seems not fair to compare youself to casual dining joints like OSI or CAKE, where the PPA is $20-25. i'm pretty sure the last time i was at Eatery a friend and i dropped $85 bucks; i oughta get a pretty decent meal for that (even in NYC).

I was in the restaurant biz for a long time and the thing that I've noticed is that most people can't tell the difference between good and bad food. Location is the most important factor. Found that out the hard way...ng
