no... we vote. Its tough to get 20-something renters to vote sure, but we are making at least some progress here. We got some bond measures through for the community colleges in 2000 which was a real us vs. them with the elderly.

The problem is to overturn proposition 13 you'd have to do something at the state level, and the demographics make that difficult.

I think the best hope is a legal challenge on the basis of age discrimination.
