Can you name 20 great companies that came out of the nineties?

You are omnipresent you know...

but to answer your question.... of course I can!!!

retail: Starbucks, Whole Foods mkt, Krispy Kreme, Gap/Old Navy (borderline 80s), Ikea US
tech: Dell, Cisco, Siebel, Peoplesoft, Juniper, Yahoo, Amazon, Google, ebay, Qualcomm, Novellus
tech non-survivors but significant: palm, Netscape
industrial: Jet Blue
medical: Medimmune (?) - I know there were some real bio breakthroughs but I don't follow that area

I'm sure these don't fit the definition of great companies in your book so fire away! I think they are category defining so good enough for me.
