<Who still has the Gulags? >

Unfortunately, there aren't many of them. I'd like the current crime training centres, where prisoners have telephones, violent tv [absurd to give them such training programmes], sex with warders, drug supplies and other fun and games, to be redesignated Gulags, moved to rural areas and the inmates given useful work to do.

Stalin had some good ideas. The dramatically expanding crime rate is closely correlated with less and less consequence for crime and increasing training camps for crime [in the welfare system and prison system].
