That was then but this is now. Many, Including me, find this expression offensive.

China is executing a different strategy.
And, apparently, their Government is able to sell it to the citizens.

If anyone think what Japanese has done in China bet. 1931-45 is justifiable, then I guess they deserved to be burned in hell, even though I do not believe there is one.
