Nukes are always a concern, but truthfully, our nukes don't scare me near as much as other countries' nukes. I honestly don't believe the US would be the first to push the button. Tactical nukes could actually be a prudent and humane option in many scenarios. It might be worthwhile for us to take out somebody else's big nuke with one of our little nukes and God forbid if one of our cities were hit, we might want the option of a smaller weapon to retaliate against military targets to minimize civilian casualties.
