Sun-Tzu my perspective is that mormal day to day moves, max pain manipulations, and pure insanity are often attributed to the PPT.

I think the PPT is very real but we have not seen them much this year except perhaps at that last low this month on the spoos.

I think they come it at critical times and places and today does not fit that bill.
