That's pretty sad, but blaming you're gambling losses on the casino is pretty disingenuous, IMO...gamblers have sued for losses based on getting liquored up by the casino in Vegas and won, but it's pretty exceptional. Maybe a jury in the midwest will see it otherwise, but I know how I would vote. My advice is that if someone sets foot in a casino, KNOW you are in hostile territory. Avoid slots, avoid roulette, avoid proposition bets in craps, avoid "short pay" video poker, avoid blackjack games like "Superfun 21" that pay only 6:5 for blackjacks and give an overwhelming advantage to the house. Take an hour or two to learn blackjack basic strategy, play that, or play craps betting the pass line and odds only.

Or else go, and assume you're gonna lose every penny you gamble over time and chalk it up to the cost of "entertainment".
