Kind of like how the Bush Administration has tricked the American media into promoting war against Arabs[.]

What "trick[s]" were/are being used? More interestingly: how are the media sources "promoting" war?

Just as 2/3 of the American public now believes that Saddam is a direct threat to them, even though informed opinion (CIA, etc.) discredits this possibility.

So, while you ascribe - duly, as I see it - all manners of sinister, subversive activity to the CIA...
