Sorry to hear that. What a tragic disaster. Radio reports now say 96 now dead, but it will go higher because many of those now in hospital will not survive- -too badly burned.

The nightclub owner claims the band did not tell him that oyrotechnics would be used; the band says it did. HOWEVER, another nightclub has popped and says they played his place recently, used fireworks, and did not say a word to him.

Yes, Poet. I thought of that; and I wondered who on SI might have lost someone close?

I'm sure you must know some of the grief stricken survivors of this tragedy. You all just have to look after one another.

People are incredibly generous in these sorts of horrible events. Total strangers will come to the front in giving compassion and aid. Be well, Poet...
