I didn't know it in advance, but he had scheduled everyone for 9 AM and then called for the patients one by one. Around 12:45 PM, a fed-up older gent went to the window and yelled "I was 89 when I got here but now I'm 90". Efficiency and healthcare delivery don't intersect anywhere in the world. It's horribly inefficient in Canada and the US; the only difference is ours is more expensive and a bit better. John
