Nadine,
I always viewed settlers as folks being used by a secular government to put pressure on the Arab States to sign a treaty. At least thats the way it seemed to me in 1967. Given that any peace with the Palestinians will require dismantling of many settlements, how do you feel this next generation of settler will ultimately react?
Personally i think the settlers are crazy or fanatical. I cant imagine putting my family at risk the way they put their families. So I assume most believe in Greater Israel concept and that will make dismantling settlements gut wrenching to say the least. mike
