McConnell said she paid her own way to Switzerland

She posted on RB that her husband's a postal worker, she lives in a housing project, she is sick with heart problems yet she pays her own way to go to the company open house in Europe. Yeah, right. She also said she was not given shares to promote even though SEC docs list her as "investor relations." She was given those shares out of the goodness of the ceo's heart for merely introducing him to someone in germany. Tell it to the judge.

I'm so glad she's finally being sued for securities fraud, even though it's by Southridge Capital the toxic funder. The claims they make in the lawsuit are correct. The toxic funder is claiming that kathy and company had artificially manipulated the price of the shares up before they did the funding by releasing misleading PRs and hyping on the message boards. They also mention willywizard in the suit besides chad beemer who both post here. They're actually all guilty of fraud I believe.
